This wine dinner was amazing to say the least. It was held at the Dallas Country Club in February this year. The menu you see above were the passed hors d'oeurvres outside the ballroom. I don't have photos of this wine and it's not on their website either. But just so you know, they were fabulous!

I somehow missed a photo of the 2012 Staglin Estate Chardonnay that was paired with the panna cotta.
I am not sure their wines can be bought at Specs, Siegels, or Pogo's, but I am going to start looking for them in case you want to buy a bottle-for a special occasion! Let me know! Enjoy!
