Ed and his son, Adam, who are third and fourth generation winemakers in California's prestigious Dry Creek Valley, took us on a walk through time with Chardonnay. Over the past 35 years, the Sbragias have been credited with crafting some of the top chardonnays in California. They taught us doubt the influence of microclimates, winemaking techniques and barrel aging on this classic California varietal.
